Kelly is a Waupaca native and has been married to his wife, Gina for 19 Years. He is a trained EMT and certified recovery coach and has served as a firefighter for many years, through which he has obtained specialized training in many areas of emergency management. Kelly has a passion for coming along side of people in life damaging circumstances and providing support and guidance, with the goal of helping the person he is coaching to obtain a more stable and fulfilling life.

Mary Bope: executive Director

Pastor Mary Bope grew up in a small town in Minnesota and graduated college with a degree in Political Science. Following graduation, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana, West Africa. She went on to graduate from William College of Law and practiced for 15 years as the Litigation Manager for a fortune 500 company in the Twin Cities.

Mary was “born again” in 1996 and left her law practice to work for Christian radio and later worked for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. She graduated seminary in 2003 and has served as a pastor in churches in Arizona and Wisconsin. She is currently serving as Pastor of First Lutheran Ogdensburg.

She has two sons and is a proud Mema to two beautiful Princesses.
